With all my willpower: "I want YOU to live and be happy."

Chaos

Surrender: Ask God / Life / Angels / Mother Earth for healing.

Releasing: Face, feel and let go of, breathe out fears, disbeliefs, imbalance, blocks etc. and asking for transformation into love, light, joy and freedom.

Mirror – work: I fully tune into the other and release for them; using "bifocal" vision: the perception of blockages is better from the outside and releasing works best from the point of view of the patient: feel the fear, say/think:" I release my fear of……." And breathe it out.

Lyrical

Freedom: "You are free to chose life or death/ healing or continue suffering."

Visualise the person healthy and happy and being in their full power and living their full potential.

Stillness

Healing is like all of life a matter of GRACE.

Focus on the Divinity in All of LIFE.

GRATITUDE: Thank GOD / LIFE / Mother Earth/ Angels for the healing.

It works as well "in the mirror"; that is by finding the sick inside and going through the process for myself.
