Healing Insights
True healing in my opinion always goes along with widening of consciousness.
I am really longing for humanity to start growing simply out of joy, enthusiasm and wonder and stop needing suffering and pain to step forwards.
I see the fear of death as the root to disease. If I realise that I am an immortal being and there is no separation, that is remember who I am, then I can drop this fear and jump to a higher level of health, that is heal step by step.
Working as a medical doctor = General Practitioner and homeopath I see the medical system working from a very fear based approach. Fear just reproduces disease and attracts everything I want to get rid of or avoid.
If I need others to need me as a helper in order to earn my right to exist, I am co-dependent of others’ ailments. True healing leads always to FREEDOM.
The Law of Similars [main principle in Homeopathy: “Let like be cured with like.” The meaning of the Law of Similars is that a substance that provokes symptoms in a healthy person is able to cure similar symptoms in a sick person. And it does not only apply to substances, but also to situations/ emotional traumas/ painful experiences and has been known long before Hahnemann: for example in the Bible the statue of the iron snake heals snake bites; in Greek mythology the sword that caused the injury was required for the healing.] and the Law of Attraction [I attract the people / situations in my life I am in resonance with / which match my own vibration] guarantee our healing: we are constantly attracting our best “remedies”, that is the people and experiences we are most in resonance with and in this way healing each other.
The Martyr attitude does not work really well: As the world is my mirror, I cannot end the suffering by running for the championship in it myself.
Pain is caused by resistance. What I resist, persists. In order to end the pain and suffering I need to accept, welcome all experience. Instead of judging certain experiences as undesirable, for example feeling rejected, and by resisting the experience hurting; the pain stops if I can say YES to any experience, just take it neutrally as a human experience or even be curious how this feels and get really fascinated and even enjoy it as a fantastic human experience. Then I have transformed the pain into pleasure.
Health is an empty goal
As a gardener I know, if I only weed without planting anything I want to grow, new weeds will come into my garden and I can keep weeding lifelong without harvesting anything. The same applies for health: If I just try to get rid of the disease, it creates a vacuum and another illness is bound to appear, if I do not “plant” meaning, purpose and enthusiasm in my life which fulfil me in a positive way.
Transmutation = Compost = Turn Traumas into Treasures
Gardening teaches that rubbish and shit are crucial ingredients for the compost that the garden needs as nourishment. As the “Flipping Coins” process described by Machaelle Small Wright I can transform the traumas and dysfunctional patterns of my life into nourishment, gifts and talents. The key is as always ACCEPTANCE = say YES to what You want to release, feel it = allow the whole experience (in order to heal, the trauma has to come to the surface = into the consciousness and requires to be felt) and transform it by finding the highest purpose and intention.
What I focus on grows
Putting all my attention onto my disease is like watering and fertilising the weeds in my garden. If I focus my attention on all that is lacking in my life, the lack will grow. If I focus my attention on the positive in my life, this will grow. Gratitude is the best remedy.
“A focus on fighting sickness will create more sickness to fight.” Michael J Roads
The Universe does not understand NO
“Never again!” is like booking this very experience.
Put out POSITIVE intentions. Even in releasing I aim at using positive words with a no / negation rather than a negative word: for example instead of “ I release my fear of being ugly” rather “…not beautiful”.
It is one door, which either leads into depression or expression. Randy Klinger
LOVE, there is only LOVE. The more I allow my heart to be open for love to flow freely through me, giving and receiving and feeling the oneness, the faster I heal.
